This is based on various methods: interviews, field observations, workflow mapping, ambassador group facilitation, co-design workshops, inspiring visits, experiments, and conferences, involving General Management, managers, employees, and, when necessary, social partners.
In close collaboration with HR and Communication departments, we develop a customized communication plan to foster project buy-in and enable everyone to envision themselves in their future work environment.
After installation, an appropriation assessment is conducted to evaluate usage, identify any necessary adjustments, and measure how well the fit-out meets occupants' needs. This process can be repeated over time to ensure the longevity and performance of the implemented spaces.
