Based on the validated program and a technical audit of the spaces, our team handles the preparation of tender documents, the drafting of graphic and written specifications, the analysis of bids, and the finalization of contracts, in coordination with your teams.

During construction, we monitor and control the proper execution of the works. We manage the pre-handover inspections (OPR) and compile the as-built documentation (DOE) to ensure a smooth handover of your new spaces.

Depending on the project's needs, we can also provide scheduling, coordination, and supervision (OPC) services to ensure adherence to the schedule, coordination of stakeholders, and efficient organization of the construction site.

The objective is to ensure consistency in the organization and supervision of contractors.
