As part of the development of the new clinic Rainier II, dedicated to clinical gerontology, the Centre Hospitalier Princesse Grace in Monaco turned to CACD to assist in the consultation service for furniture and equipment.

This mission, which lasted a year, was the opportunity to implement an extremely sharp and rigorous methodology in the analysis of customer needs and project monitoring.
As must be expected, the hospital must meet high standards in terms of planning, choice of furniture, security, maintenance, hygiene … and the health service of the Principality of Monaco adds a tradition of excellence which should in no case be betrayed.

A tight analysis grid

It was therefore necessary first to have an analysis of needs extremely advanced, taking into account the specific hospital rules, which is also passed through very technical interviews with all those involved in the establishment’s life.

Managers, aides, therapists … An extremely tight analysis and interviews grid helped to prepare a complete specification which was the basis of consultation with potential suppliers, both for the hospital equipment and for the tertiary furnishings.

From the first idea to the completion of purchases and the monitoring of facilities, through the support of the conduct of consultations themselves, it’s the know-how of CACD which is deployed in a manner extremely precise and rigorous to allow the customer to complete the project on time and within budget, without forgetting anything, and with very high quality requirements.
